M/s. Sumanbhai Bhailalbhai & Co. is a Partnership Firm,  carrying out Road and Building Construction activities since 1975.  Firm is registered with Government of Gujarat for these activities. Firm was incorporated under the Partnership Act-1932, having its registration number of ______ registered with registrar of firms Ahmedabad in the year 1975.

§         Mr. Sumanbhai Bhailalbhai Shekh (Civil Engineer).

§         Mr. Manubhai Bhailalbhai Shekh (Mechanical Engineer).

§         Mr. Kalpesh Sumanbhai Patel (B.A., DCS, MCP).

Mr. Sumanbhai Bhailalbhai Shekh is founder of the firm. He is aged 66 years. He completed his secondary education in 1955 and joined Science College at Nadiad. He obtained his Civil Engineering degree from B & B Polytechnic Institute, Vallabh Vidyanagar. He served for one year in private firm and four years in O.N.G.C., Ahmedabad as civil engineer. In 1966 he started as Consultant Engineer for private works.  After getting experience of 9 years he founded his own firm M/s. Sumanbhai Bhailalbhai & Co in 1975. He is the core of firm. He is still working with the firm. He is looking after administration, finance and business plan of firm.

Mr. Manubhai Bhailalbhai Shekh is a Mechanical Engineer. He is an executive partner of the firm. He is aged 53 years. He completed his school education in 1968 and joined engineering Institute at Vallabh Vidyanagar. He obtained his Diploma Mechanical Engineering Degree from R.P.T.P college, Vallabh Vidyanagar in 1972. He joined the firm in 1975.  He is looking after plant site operations, machineries, tender calculations, work executions, finalization of pending bills with Government offices, material finalizations and material collections and finance at working sites.

Apart from the above firm he is connected with the following institutes:

§         Director, North Pole Finance Limited – Nadiad.

§         Member, Lions Club Nadiad.

            Mr. Kalpesh Sumanbhai Patel is a graduate with Bachelor of Arts with Political Science, Diploma in Computer Science and Microsoft Certified Professional. He is 31 years of age. He completed his Higher Secondary Education with Science subjects in 1990. He completed his graduation study with main subject as political science, from C.B. Patel Arts College from Gujarat University in 1996. He completed his Diploma in Computer Science Dharamsinh Desai Institute of Commerce Computer Center. He passed exam of Microsoft Certified professional in 2003 He joined as a partner with the M/s Sumanbhai Bhailalbhai & Co. in 1993. He is an executive partner of the firm. He is looking after plant site operations, machineries and maintenance, work executions, handling of man power at various sites, Inventory controls like material management, handling of finance at plant site offices.

Plant Located on National Highway no. 8 having 2000 sq. meter area easy approachable for transportation.

q       LICENSE & REGISTRATION FOR BUSINESS:

The firm have license under shop act license issued by Nadiad Nagarpalika, registered number 388 and registered on 2^nd August, 1984 and renewed it by latest as on 26^th December, 2001 and valid up to 31^st December, 2004.

In the year 2003 the firm has not achieved its expected growth because of the unexpected conditions in the Gujarat State like the earthquake and communal riots.  Even though the firm has achieved the cash profit of Rs. 6,38,214/- for the year ended 2003. We expect that market trends in the future will not be much narrow from the recent past, and we hope that our firm will get more and more contracts from the different government authorities because the government spends lot of budgeted money in the development of the infrastructure facilities in the state and central level.

Our firm has planning about to start the business units in the foreign countries. We have confident of the future because we have very committed personnel with a high performance track record, which coupled with their level of loyalty and determination, gives our firm the required competitive edge to fight in the competitive-marketplace.

Egmont Imagination India Ltd. has started a chain of international standard pre-school in India. At present they have presence in 30 countries and over 100 centers India vide. Our firm has started Eurokids Nadiad center in joint venture with Ascent Learning P Ltd.-ALPL in the year 2001.  ALPL is master franchise for Gujarat region. We have started in 2001 with 60 students in Play Group and Nursery and then expanding in 2002 with Euro Senior. We are planning for Euro Senior in June 2003.
